1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 77ap platform — including its website, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered thereunder — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of 77ap, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. 77ap reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 77ap platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 77ap or any of its associated companies.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of 77ap — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 77ap. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 77ap identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other identifier — 77ap reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77ap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

77ap operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of identity and address — including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any other point deemed necessary by 77ap. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77ap does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 77ap reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in your account dashboard. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and whether KYC verification has been completed. 77ap is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the user's financial institution. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

4.4 Currency

All balances, transactions, wagers, and payouts on 77ap are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institution or mobile wallet provider in connection with transactions on the 77ap platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

77ap may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits, which will be stated at the point of offer. General bonus terms set out in this section apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

77ap reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user or group of users is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 VIP Programme

Participation in the 77ap VIP programme is by invitation or qualification based on deposit and wagering activity. VIP tier benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account manager access — are subject to separate VIP programme terms and may be amended or withdrawn by 77ap at its discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77ap platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, jackpot games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules supplied by the relevant game studio or sports data provider. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

77ap sources its casino games exclusively from internationally recognised and independently audited studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Random number generator (RNG) outputs for all non-live games are subject to regular independent testing. • Opening or operating more than one account.

11. Limitation of Liability

77ap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
